The racial makeup of Edmundson Acres was 108 (38.7%) White, 5 (1.8%) African American, 3 (1.1%) Native American, 1 (0.4%) Asian, 0 (0.0%) Pacific Islander, 143 (51.3%) from other races, and 19 (6.8%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 225 persons (80.6%). The Census reported that 279 people (100% of the population) lived in households, 0 (0%) lived in non-institutionalized group quarters, and 0 (0%) were institutionalized.
